Plugin Description
Know the market before your customers do. Look360 (look360.eu) is a price and market monitoring service for online stores: it tracks your prices against competitors around the clock, watches your own store’s health, and alerts you to the price and stock changes that matter.
This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your Look360 account in one click:
- One-click pairing. Paste a one-time pairing code from your Look360 account into WooCommerce > Look360 and click “Connect”. The plugin creates a read-only WooCommerce REST API key for you and hands it to Look360 – no manual copy/pasting of API keys.
- Findings right on your Dashboard. A widget on your WordPress Dashboard shows your latest Look360 findings and your price position against the shops you monitor, with a link through to the full Look360 dashboard.
- Clean disconnect. Disconnect at any time from WooCommerce > Look360. This removes the local connection and the API key the plugin created; your Look360 account itself is unaffected.
What Look360 monitors for you
- Competitor web shops: prices and stock levels, checked daily.
- Competitor Facebook pages: campaigns and offers.
- Your own store: price anomalies and other health findings.
- Price comparison: see per product whether you are the cheapest, mid-field or the most expensive.
A Look360 account is required to use this plugin’s connection feature. The plugin itself is free; Look360’s monitoring service has its own separate pricing (see look360.eu).
Permissions
The WooCommerce REST API key created by this plugin is read-only. Look360 cannot use it to change orders, products, prices, or any other store data.
External services
This plugin connects to the Look360 service, operated by Watchdog OÜ, at scan.look360.eu, in two situations only:
- When you click “Connect” on the WooCommerce > Look360 settings page: the plugin sends your pairing code, your site’s URL (
home_url()), a newly created read-only WooCommerce REST API key/secret, and your WordPress/WooCommerce/plugin version numbers tohttps://scan.look360.eu/api/plugin/uhenda/, so that Look360 can pair your store with your Look360 account. - After you are connected, when the WordPress Dashboard widget “Look360 monitoring” is displayed to a user with the
manage_woocommercecapability: the plugin requestshttps://scan.look360.eu/api/v1/leiud/andhttps://scan.look360.eu/api/v1/hinnavordlus/(authenticated with your Look360 API key) to show a summary of findings and price position. Responses are cached locally for 15 minutes to reduce requests.
No data is sent automatically in the background, on a schedule, or before you click “Connect” the first time.
