NIT Sales Analytics For WooCommerce Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
NIT Sales Analytics turns your WooCommerce orders into the numbers you actually run the shop on: not just revenue, but what you kept after cost of goods, gateway fees, shipping and refunds.
Everything is computed on your own server, from your own database. No account, no API key, no external service.
Revenue and profit
- Overview – a 30-day revenue chart, a best-selling “Hero Product” spotlight, a transparent 7-day forecast, and Today / This Month / This Year totals on every screen.
- Daily, Monthly, Yearly – a sales report for each period, broken down, charted, and compared against the one before it.
- Net Profit – a waterfall from items revenue down through refunds, cost of goods, gateway fees and shipping cost. It tells you how much of your revenue is actually costed, instead of quietly reporting a margin that only covers part of the catalogue.
- Cost of Goods – set a cost per product, or use WooCommerce’s own COGS fields where they are available, and see the profit margin on every product and order. A backfill tool writes today’s cost onto past order lines so a margin stops moving every time you edit a price.
Understanding the shop
- Insights – around thirty panels in one place: best and worst performers, low-margin products, the 80/20 split of your revenue, repeat-customer rate, cohorts and lifetime value, what gets bought together, attribution, sell-through velocity, never-sold stock, and a data-quality check.
- Store Health – a single score out of 100 from margin, refund rate, repeat customers, revenue spread and cart conversion, each with the number behind it.
- Customers – new vs. returning, top customers, and RFM segmentation.
- Products, Categories, Coupons – your catalogue with real sales figures attached.
- Carts – abandoned cart tracking, including whether the cart was later recovered.
- Stock Alerts – days-of-supply maths that flags fast sellers running low, overstocked slow movers, and out-of-stock products still in demand.
Reporting
- Report Builder – build a custom sales report: pick columns, filters, sorting and a row grouping, then save it. Eight ready-made templates are included.
- Calculated columns – write a formula like
net - cogsfrom the available columns. Formulas are parsed, never evaluated as code. - Spreadsheet feed – give one report a secret web address and pull it straight into Google Sheets with
=IMPORTDATA(). The spreadsheet pulls; nothing is sent out. - Scheduled email reports – a daily, weekly or monthly summary emailed to you, with a “send a test now” button.
- CSV, Excel and PDF export, with optional company branding on PDFs.
Storefront assistant
A chat box on your shop that answers customer questions from your own catalogue and your own policies:
- Price, offers, stock availability, sizes and options, delivery, returns, payment methods, order status, and “find me a product”.
- It reads your products and settings directly. No third-party AI service is used and nothing about your shop or your customers is sent anywhere.
- It never invents a policy. If you have not written a returns policy, it says it does not know rather than guessing.
- Every topic has an on/off switch, and you can add your own questions and answers. Sales figures, best sellers and exact stock counts are never shared with customers.
How it is built
- Works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and with legacy order storage.
- Reads from this plugin’s own pre-aggregated tables, so a report never scans your full order history live. Historical sync runs in batches so a large catalogue does not time out.
- Your WooCommerce orders and products are never modified, only read. This plugin’s tables can always be rebuilt from your real WooCommerce data.
