Plugin installation
Plugin installation requires woocommerce +4
Oct8ne being a chat with integrated catalog needs products to display. You should know that you will need to have ‘Woocommerce’ (> 4) installed to be able to install oct8ne.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, you must go to ‘Woocommerce’ > ‘Oct8ne’ and fill the form with your oct8ne account credentials.

Manual installation
However, if you do not have products in woocommerce, you can install the chat manually, adding a snippet of code in the body of your page.
The oct8ne snippet code can be found in your Oct8ne management panel in the ‘Install’ > ‘Domain’ > ‘GET CODE’ section.
