Online For Orders – Store Monitor Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
Your store can look fine while customers are unable to buy. A plugin or theme update, a payment method that switched itself off, a shipping zone without rates, or “Coming soon” mode left on can quietly stop orders.
Online for Orders – Store Monitor checks your store the way a customer would, around the clock, and alerts you the moment something breaks:
- Real-browser checks. A real browser opens your product pages, clicks your theme’s own “Add to cart” button and goes to checkout — on a computer and a phone — so JavaScript and theme problems are caught too. You get a screenshot of what the shopper saw.
- Test orders that clean up after themselves. Full checks place a real order through your checkout with a payment method only our checker can see. It charges nothing, never sends emails, never changes stock, is never sent to your webhooks (ERP, shipping, marketing apps), stays “Pending payment” and is deleted right after the check. You can switch test orders off.
- Shipping and payment options. Alerts when checkout offers no shipping option for your own country, or no payment method.
- A check after every update. Updating or activating a plugin or theme, updating WordPress or changing payment or shipping settings starts a full check right away — and if checkout broke, the alert names the change.
- Orders stopped. Alerts when orders stop coming in although your store usually gets them at this time of day.
- Failed payments and webhooks. Alerts on an unusual number of failed payments, and when WooCommerce switches off a webhook after delivery failures.
- Confirmed alerts by email or webhook, and a recovery notice when the store works again.
- Weekly report of checks run, incidents and checkout speed.
Everything is in WooCommerce › Store Monitor.
Pricing: 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that €25/month, paid through Stripe; cancel at any time. If you don’t subscribe, monitoring stops when the trial ends.
External services
This plugin connects your store to the Online for Orders service (https://app.onlinefororders.com, operated by Kristaps Šteins, Latvia), which runs the checks and sends the alerts.
- When you click “Connect this store”, your site address, store name and the site admin email are sent to the service, along with a randomly generated secret used to sign later requests.
- The service requests your public store pages and WooCommerce’s public Store API (products, cart, checkout), the way a shopper would, including from a real browser.
- In full checks the service places a test order through your checkout (see above) and asks the plugin to report and delete it.
- The service asks the plugin for counts only: how many orders and failed payments there were per 10 minutes, and the names of webhooks WooCommerce switched off. No order contents, customer data or payment details ever leave your site.
- When a plugin, theme, WordPress, payment or shipping setting changes, the plugin sends a short description of the change (e.g. “Updated plugin “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” 9.2.0”).
- Settings you change on the Store Monitor page are sent to the service.
- Subscribing and managing billing happen on Stripe (https://stripe.com), the service’s payment provider. When you click “Subscribe” or “Manage billing”, your browser goes to a Stripe page; the service tells Stripe your admin email and store address. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach your site or the service. Stripe’s privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy · terms: https://stripe.com/legal/ssa
