Plugin Description

Order Summary PDF for WooCommerce generates a clean A4 PDF for every order and attaches it to the WooCommerce emails you select. By default it is attached to the “New order” email that the shop manager receives, so the order can be printed or archived straight from the inbox.

Features

  • A4 PDF with logo, store details, customer and billing details, shipping address, products (SKU, variations and options), totals and customer note.
  • Highlighted pickup / delivery date, compatible with the Order Delivery Date plugin.
  • Settings page under WooCommerce > Order PDF:
    • highlight color and text color
    • logo upload (JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP)
    • font choice (Helvetica, Times or Courier, web-safe)
    • choose which WooCommerce fields are shown
    • choose which WooCommerce emails carry the attachment
    • custom footer text
  • “Download A4 PDF” button on the order screen.
  • No external libraries and no external services: the PDF is generated on your server.
  • Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
  • Translation ready: translations are managed on translate.wordpress.org.

Notes

  • The PDF uses standard PDF fonts, so characters outside Western European alphabets (for example Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic or CJK) are not supported.
  • The PDF is generated in the language of the site. Multilingual plugins that switch the language per order are not handled specifically.
