For staters, Payment Gateway for SinoPac Bank on WooCommerce is an unofficial plugin written by Terry L, open sourced on:

This plugin provides two payment methods – credit card and virtual account.
Virtual account is a series of dummy accounts used to make and receive payments on behalf of your physical bank account.
Both credit card and virtual account payment methods are to make payments through SinoPac API, because of that, you have to sign up a SinoPac developer account to use this plugin.

Before using this, make sure you have already given the Shop number and 4 Hash keys from SinoPac technical support.
