Getting Started
Install and activate Pointics from your WordPress dashboard.
The Setup Wizard will guide you through the initial configuration. You can use the AI-assisted setup to generate a starting loyalty program or configure the program manually.
External Services
Pointics uses external services for its AI-assisted features.
When you use the Pointics AI assistant, information required to process your AI request may be sent to the Pointics AI service. An internet connection is required to use the AI-assisted features.

External services
This plugin can connect to the Aisentic AI service (https://app.aisentic.com) to
power its optional AI assistant. AI is disabled by default. Nothing is sent to
Aisentic unless an administrator explicitly opts in by enabling free AI from the
plugin’s onboarding.
When an administrator enables free AI, the plugin sends your site name, your site
domain, and the administrator’s email address to https://app.aisentic.com/api/register
in order to create an account and issue an API key for this site. This happens once,
only at the moment the administrator clicks to enable AI with users explicit consent.
