Plugin Description
PostPeek is a simple plugin that adds a link to the Search Console of each post in the Quick Actions menu. This allows you to quickly access insights about each post, including its ranking, impressions, and more.
To use PostPeek, simply install and activate the plugin. Once activated, simply hover over the post in the list, you’ll see a “Search Console” link in the Quick Actions menu of each post. Click on this link to access the Search Console and view insights about the post.
PostPeek is designed to be lightweight and easy to use. It doesn’t require any complex configuration or setup, and it won’t slow down your website. It’s perfect for bloggers, content marketers, and anyone who wants to quickly access insights about their posts.
Search Console Account
To use the Search Console link in PostPeek, you’ll need to have a Google Search Console account and be logged in to it in the same browser that you’re using to access your WordPress site. Additionally, you must have already added your current site to your Search Console account. This is because the link will take you directly to the Search Console for the corresponding post, and Google requires that you be logged in to view this information.
Future Updates
PostPeek was initially created as a simple tool for personal use, but we’ve decided to share it with the WordPress community in case anyone else finds it useful. While the plugin is currently very basic, we may add some additional features in the future to make it even more powerful.
