   If you have a csv format file then browse the file first and click on “Import Rates” button, or you can download a csv format file by clicking on the “Download CSV” and apply rates and conditions accordingly and import again to apply the shipping rates.

   Add rates by clicking on Add Rates button, and fill the conditions accrodingly like shown in the image.

   List all created rates.

   An option of “Free Shipping” under the shipping tab while adding new product or editing the products.

7. 
   

   On cart page you can see the section of “Premium Matrix Rate” under “Shipping” section.
