Plugin Description

Once an order is placed by a customer he/she can raise a ticket against that order. And after the ticket is raised , customers can communicate with the admin through the Chat box area. From the chat area email will trigger on every message and attachment.

Features of Product Ticket System For WooCommerce

  1. After successful activation, it will generate one custom post type “Support Tickets” and one Settings tab.
  2. From the settings menu you can manage Product Ticket fields, Users who can manage Tickets, and email templates.
  3. For email if no template is inserted it will take default all fields in the email.
  4. On every chat message email will trigger, If msg sent from customer email goes to admin and other admin user which is selected from settings. And if the admin sends msg email goes to that specific customer.
  5. In the Status field there will be static fields like “New,Open,Resolved”. But you can add other custom options with that.
  6. Tickets can be closed by admin and customer also. But only the admin can reopen the ticket.
  7. To raise tickets, customers have to go on my-account page and there we can see a menu tab like ”My Tickets”. On clicking that link the customer will redirect to My Tickets page and there we can see a list of tickets if raised by the customer. Also there is a button like “Add new Ticket” where customers can raise a ticket.
  8. Customers can also raise tickets from order listing. On the order listing page there will be a button, below the “Action” button like “Raise Ticket”.
  9. On clicking that button Form will appear with selected that specific order. And products will list as per that order. Customers can select specific product also.
  10. On the admin side you can see the “Support Tickets” menu where all tickets will be listed.
  11. Selected users from settings with user roles like “Woo Product Ticket” can login to admin and manage these tickets.
