ProEventsWP Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
ProEventsWP brings event management and calendar layouts into the WordPress block editor. Create events, venues, and organizers, then design event feeds with the native Query Loop and individual event-detail blocks.
ProEventsWP and proeventswp.com are owned and maintained by Accomplice (https://accomplice.se/).
Free features include:
- One-time, all-day, multi-day, and daily-schedule events with event timezones.
- Event venues, organizers, categories, tags, status, cost, and website links.
- Native Event Query patterns with pagination and editable event cards.
- Six separate Month, Week, Day, List, Photo and Map blocks; editable native Query Loops in List/Photo.
- Keyword, date, category, tag, venue and organizer filters.
- Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly recurrence, ordinal dates, exceptions, DST handling and scoped series edits.
- Optional one-person RSVP registration with capacity, confirmations, cancellation and private attendees.
- Individual event maps, manual address entry, and optional address lookup.
- CSV and ICS imports that create drafts for review.
- Calendar downloads, add-to-calendar links, structured event data, and a public read-only REST API.
All included Free features work without a paid license. Event records and settings remain in your WordPress database when the plugin is deactivated or uninstalled.
See https://proeventswp.com/ for product information. This release includes simple RSVP registration. Complete TEC migration remains deferred. Payments, group bookings, ticket types/codes, custom booking questions, check-in and attendance reports are excluded from this release.
External services and privacy
Freemius
The bundled Freemius SDK provides optional licensing, account, checkout, and update services. Its opt-in screen explains the data shared before optional usage tracking is enabled. Basic Free functionality works without opting in or purchasing a license. Freemius handles paid downloads, subscriptions, and license management.

Maps and map tiles
Map scripts are bundled locally. When a visitor opens a map, their browser requests tiles or styles from the configured provider, disclosing normal request information such as their IP address. The default map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. Administrators can configure another provider; its terms and privacy policy apply. Maps display attribution. Address text and external map links remain available when JavaScript or WebGL2 is unavailable.

Optional Geoapify address lookup
Address lookup is disabled by default and needs an administrator-configured Geoapify key. After three typed characters, it sends the editor’s address query to api.geoapify.com to suggest locations. Manual entry works without it. No geocoding request is made merely by saving an event or viewing its page.
