This plugin connects to the REPLAI cloud platform to load the AI chatbot script on the public front-end of your WordPress site. This connection is required for the chatbot to work; without it the plugin shows nothing on the front-end.

When the call happens: every time a public page of your site is loaded and both of these conditions are met: (a) the “Enable chatbot” option is active in the plugin settings, and (b) the current page matches the “Display on” rule (whole site / homepage / pages / posts). The plugin does not call REPLAI from the WordPress admin area.
Data sent: only the Assistant code you have pasted in the plugin Settings screen, sent as the param query argument of the script URL. The plugin itself does not transmit user data, IP addresses, or page contents to REPLAI. The chatbot script, once loaded in the browser of the visitor, may exchange data with REPLAI as part of the conversation (visitor messages, page URL, language); that behaviour is governed by the REPLAI terms and privacy policy linked below.
