External Services

This plugin connects to ReviewsJet’s services to manage and display customer reviews. The following external services are used:

ReviewsJet Authentication Service (app.reviewsjet.com)

* Purpose: Handles user authentication and account management
* Data sent: Email, website URL, and authentication tokens
* When: During login, registration, and when accessing ReviewsJet dashboard features

ReviewsJet API Service (api.reviewsjet.com)

* Purpose: Fetches and manages review data, widget configurations, and site settings
* Data sent:
– Site ID and authentication tokens for API requests

– Review data when importing from external sources

– When widgets are displayed on your site
– When importing or managing reviews
– When customizing widget appearance

All data transmission is secured using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL). ReviewsJet services are hosted on DigitalOcean’s infrastructure in the SFO3 (San Francisco) region.
