Simmer Private Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
Not everyone who uses the Simmer recipe plugin needs to display their recipes as a custom post type on the front end of their website. Many food bloggers prefer to embed their recipes directly in existing posts or pages and have no use for single or archive views of the “recipe” post type.
If you’re used to using recipe plugins like Ziplist, Easy Recipe, ReciPress, Recipe Card and others this will make Simmer behave in a way that’s similar to what you’re used to.
Once Simmer Private is enabled on your blog, all Simmer recipe archives and slug options are disabled. This means the only way to display a Simmer recipe is to embed it directly into a post, page, or another custom post type.
Behind the scenes, this plugin converts Simmer’s recipe post type into a “private” post type so it has no front-end display. If you ever change your mind and would rather use Simmer’s default custom post type front end display, just disable Simmer Private and everything will work just as it did before.
