SiteSkyline Email Campaign Manager Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
SiteSkyline Email Campaign Manager is a WordPress email automation plugin that lets you build trigger-based, multi-step email sequences without a monthly SaaS subscription. Unlike most WooCommerce email plugins, SiteSkyline doesn’t stop at order events — it can also launch campaigns from WordPress user registrations and form submissions (Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Ninja Forms), so you can automate email marketing even on a site that doesn’t sell anything.
Every email lives inside a visual sequence builder with conditional branching — send a different follow-up depending on whether the last email was opened, clicked, or ignored — and every campaign step supports merge tags, a live desktop/mobile preview, and optional unique WooCommerce coupon generation per recipient.
Why site owners choose SiteSkyline Email Campaign Manager
- Not locked to WooCommerce. Trigger campaigns from WooCommerce order events, WordPress Core user registration, or Contact Form 7 / WPForms / Ninja Forms submissions — all from the same builder.
- Visual email sequence builder. Chain follow-up emails based on whether a previous email was opened, not opened, clicked, or not clicked, with configurable delays between each step.
- 15 pre-built campaign templates. Ready-made sequences for Welcome & Onboarding, Purchase & Post-Purchase, Customer Retention, and Lifecycle & VIP goals — activate and customize in minutes.
- Built-in open & click tracking. Every campaign email includes tracking pixels and wrapped links, with results rolled up into an analytics dashboard (overview stats, 14-day activity chart, per-campaign breakdown, and top-clicked links).
- Dynamic, one-time-use coupons. Generate a unique WooCommerce coupon per recipient per email step, with configurable discount type, amount, expiry, and minimum cart total.
- Smart audience targeting. Filter campaigns by product category, tag, brand, SKU, order total, customer lifetime value, order count, days since signup or last purchase, or form field values.
- Custom trigger definitions. Turn any WordPress or WooCommerce hook into a campaign trigger by defining a key, label, and expected data type (Order ID, User ID, or none).
- Product brand targeting. Adds a lightweight Brand taxonomy to WooCommerce products so you can target campaigns by the brand a customer purchased.
- Full queue and delivery visibility. Monitor scheduled, failed, and sent emails in a searchable queue, and send test emails with sample merge-tag data before going live.
- Built-in unsubscribe & preference center. One-click unsubscribe, a confirmation page, a suppression list, and an optional Email Preferences tab inside WooCommerce My Account.
- No data leaves your site. All tracking, subscriber, and analytics data is stored in your own WordPress database.
Where this fits
- Post-purchase and win-back sequences for WooCommerce stores
- Welcome and onboarding sequences for any WordPress site with user registration — no store required
- Lead-nurture sequences triggered by Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Ninja Forms submissions
- Re-engagement emails based on open/click behavior, without leaving WordPress
