Plugin Description
By end of September 2021 the current payment slips will be replaced by the QR-bill (https://www.paymentstandards.ch/) which has been introduced in summer 2020.
In order to continue to provide this inexpensive payment option, we have developed sqrip, which consists of a universal API (http://api.sqrip.ch/) and a seamlessly integrated plugin for WooCommerce.
The plugin is “open source” (https://github.com/) and will be used to provide easy integration into other online shop systems.
How it works
sqrip is added and configured as an additional payment method to WooCommerce. With an API key/token for identification and billing the plugin is connected to our service. The user defines the needed product, format and settings that are delivered to the shops Media folder. This file can then be used multiple times for different purposes, such as an attachment to an e-mail or to be shown within page. In order to change the QR-information, the product can be updated with just one click.
Good to know
- The invoice generated from WooCommerce is not altered. The QR-files are documents of their own.
- The referencenumber on the QR-bill is randomly generated.
- One sqrip-account can be conntect to multiple online-shops.

Requirements
- An account at sqrip.ch
- A (QR-)IBAN of a Swiss or Liechtenstein bank.
- Clients must be able to transfer money with this method.
- Only CHF and EUR allowed.
Data protection
The transmitted data that is needed to generate the products are deleted as soon as the products have arrived in the wordpress media folder.
