To use the “Tabbed Content Block” Gutenberg plugin, you can follow these steps:

Install and activate the “Tabbed Content Block” plugin:
- Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to “Plugins” -> “Add New”.
- Search for “Tabbed Content Block”.
- Click the “Install Now” button next to the plugin.
- After installation, click the “Activate” button to activate the plugin.

Create or edit a post or page:
- Go to “Posts” or “Pages” in the WordPress admin dashboard.
- Select an existing post/page to edit or create a new one.

Add the Tabbed Content Block:
- Click on the “+” icon to add a new block.
- In the block inserter, search for “Tabbed Content” or navigate to the “Common Blocks” category.
- Click on the “Tabbed Content” block to insert it into your post or page.

- Once the block is inserted, you’ll see options to add and manage tabs.
- Click on the “Add Tab” button to add a new tab.
