Plugin Description
This module is a simple click to dial service which connects customers from website to cisco contact center agent through a realtime call.
The customers will have to fill certain details before initiating a call. This information include Name, Email, Phone Number, Problem Message), if all the infromation is provided then the module starts initiating call.
For Developers to integrate the module with WordPress you have to upload the Plugin, install it and then activate the module, after that go to “Expertflow Video Chat” setting page and edit the configuration details
• Enable Chat Session (enable to let customer do Chat Session)
• Enable Audio Session (enable to let customer do Audio call)
• Enable Video Session (enable to let customer do Video call)
• WSS Server IP-> 192.xxx.x.xxx (freeswitch webrtc url)
• WSS Server Port-> 7443 (Freeswitch webrtc port)
• Dialling Uri-> 369852 (dialplan peer number)
• Extension Password-> Expertflow464 (Extension password)
• Utility Server IP-> 192.xxx.x.xxx (url where beckend in deployed)
• Utility Server Port-> 3000 (port where the beckend is working)
• Enable SIP Logs (enable to check module logs)
restart the module and its good to go live.
