Main Feature:
When someone purchases your product from your woocommerce store, our plugin can do all of these following :
- Contact Record will automatically be saved to your Ontraport account
- A transaction record for the order will be automatically saved to your on ontraport account
- Apply tags – You can set up different tags for each different products. (if any person purchases a product from your woocommerce store , you can easily apply any tag to that contact record in ontraport)
- Start any campaign – You can start different campaign in ontraport for each different woocommerce product. (if any person purchases a product from your woocommerce store , you can easily add that contact to any specific campaign in ontraport)
- Start any Sequence – You can start different sequence in ontraport for each different woocommerce product. (if any person purchases a product from your woocommerce store , you can easily add that contact to any specific sequence in ontraport)
You can track each type of order status and based on different order status you can apply tag, start any campaign or start any sequence. Moreover, it allows to track all of these following order statuses and based on those you can apply/remove any tag or run campaign and sequence :
- Completed
- Successfully Order Placed
- Hold
- Processing
- Refunded
- Cancelled
- Failed
Example: If an order status is COMPLETED, you can apply a specific tag to the contact record in ontraport , start a specific campaign or start a specific sequence in ontraport.
Our plugin also works with subscription orders. The plugin enables you to add any tag, run any campaign or any sequence in ontraport when a subscription is:
- Activated
- Suspended
- Cancelled
- Hold
- Expired
- Renewal Payment failed
- Renewal payment completed
- The trial period of a subscription has reached the end date
