Conversation tools:
Users can benefit from handy conversation tools, allowing them to easily import media into messages and control those messages. Tools include:
- Message deleting: users can delete messages from their conversations.
- Message reporting: users can report messages to moderators anytime, and edit or delete those submitted reports if admin allows that.

1. Instant messaging:
Instant messaging (with AJAX) is available in the pro version. It helps sending and receiving messages in an instant and elegant way without the need to page refreshing.
It does not matter where the user is browsing within site, when they get a new message, a lightbox appears containing the message, in addition to tab title switching and a beep..
2. Conversation media:
These media include links, images and videos. You can easily add a link with link text, image and link it, and, videos. You can easily add and embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion or with the video direct URL.
Those media are embedded in conversations with snippets of tools including download links..
3. Autosave:
Autosaving is a great tool allowing users to automatically save their drafts and what they have typed in the message text box. No button is required, the autosave works upon text change..
When attempting to close current window with a non autosaved draft, there will be a prompt box for the user to confirm this.
4. User banning:
Sometimes, some users need to be banned from using a product as if they use it in a bad way, such as spamming, abusing, disrespecting other users and misbehave in general. This feature will allow you and moderators(as per your preferences) to ban/unban those users..
5. Custom Emoji:
You can easily upload custom emoticons, all you have to do is to use the media uploader within emoji section of this plugin, upload the emoticon, and assign a code and a description to this emoticon..
6. Mailing:
Allows you to change format of the emails sent to users, including new message notification email, reported messages emails sent to moderators, greetings emails for new moderators, and also update some basic mail headers including ‘sent from’ name and email address.
