Moreover, bots are always in sync with your eCommerce data, no need to redefine conversations every time you update your shop.
Xatkit is a hosted service (all the natural language processing and chatbot monitoring takes place on our servers, you don’t need to worry about this) and requires a Xatkit API to work but you can get yours for free during the betatesting phase!
