Yellohu For WooCommerce Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
Yellohu for WooCommerce connects your store to Yellohu, the Italian platform to compare and buy shipments with the main couriers (BRT, Poste Italiane, UPS, FedEx, DHL Freight, InPost, PalletWays and more).
Your WooCommerce orders arrive in your Yellohu account by themselves. There you pick the courier, pay and print the label, and the tracking number goes back to the order in your store.
The plugin is optional: Yellohu also works with WooCommerce through the standard REST API alone. The plugin adds the tools you see inside WordPress:
- One-click connection: connect the store from WooCommerce > Yellohu, no keys to copy.
- Yellohu column in the orders list, with the Yellohu status (“Ready”, “To complete”, “Shipped”, “Shipped outside Yellohu”, “Cancelled”) and the tracking number, plus a filter by Yellohu status.
- “Send to Yellohu” bulk action and a “Ship with Yellohu” button on the order screen. Orders that cannot be shipped (already completed, cancelled, without an address, with virtual products only) are skipped and the reason is shown.
- Product fields for shipping: HS code, country of origin and shipment type (parcel, pallet, documents) on every product and variation, used for customs on non-EU shipments.
- No duplicate emails: when Yellohu sends the tracking, the “order completed” email can be left to Yellohu.
The plugin is thin: it stores no customer data of its own and the shipping logic runs on Yellohu. It supports HPOS (custom order tables) and the checkout blocks.
The plugin interface is in Italian, the language of the Yellohu service.
A Yellohu account is required: you can create one for free at yellohu.com. You pay only for the shipments you buy.
External services
This plugin connects to the Yellohu service, operated by IntermediaBox S.r.l. (Italy), which is needed to import orders and create shipments. Nothing is sent until you connect the store.
- Connection (app.yellohu.com): when you press “Connect to Yellohu”, your browser opens the Yellohu dashboard with your store address, so you can confirm the connection. WooCommerce then shows its standard screen to approve REST API access for Yellohu.
- Sending orders (yellohu.com): when you use “Send to Yellohu” or “Ship with Yellohu”, the plugin sends the ids of the selected orders to Yellohu, signed with a secret shared at connection time. Yellohu then reads those orders from your store through the WooCommerce REST API you approved.
- Disconnection (yellohu.com): when you deactivate or uninstall the plugin, it notifies Yellohu so that Yellohu stops writing to your store.
Yellohu also writes the Yellohu status, the tracking number and a link to the order in Yellohu as order meta, through the WooCommerce REST API.
