Plugin Description
Zapily Order Alerts for WooCommerce helps store owners send order status messages and related notifications through a messaging API (TizAPI). It is not an official WooCommerce, WordPress, Meta, or WhatsApp product.
Primary focus: WooCommerce order alerts for customers and shop admins.
Also includes (optional modules):
- TizAPI gateway — send text and media when a valid API token is configured
- OTP verification — optional phone verification via the same gateway
- Form plugins — optional notifications when Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, and others are active
- Click-to-chat — floating widget and product buttons that open the visitor’s messaging app (no API send from the widget)
- Message logs — history and dashboard summary
Requirements: WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+. Tested on WordPress 7.1 and PHP 8.4. WooCommerce is required only for order notification features.

This plugin can contact third-party services only when you configure it and trigger a feature below.
TizAPI (app.tizapi.link)
- What it is: HTTP API used to send text and media messages from your site.
- What is sent: API token (stored on your site), recipient phone numbers, message body, and media URLs you provide.
- When: Connection test, manual send, WooCommerce order notifications, OTP, and form notifications.

No data is sent to TizAPI until you save a token and an action triggers a send.
WhatsApp click-to-chat URLs (api.whatsapp.com / wa.me)
- What it is: Links generated on the storefront so visitors can open a chat in the WhatsApp client. The plugin does not send messages through Meta’s servers from your server for this feature.
- What is sent: The visitor’s browser opens a URL containing the phone number and optional pre-filled text you configured. No server-to-server call to Meta is made for basic click-to-chat.
- When: A visitor clicks a chat button or widget link on your site.
