Plugin Description

24laser Support Tickets is a self-hosted support ticket plugin for WordPress. Tickets, messages and attachments stay on your own WordPress installation.

The plugin includes:

Ticket management in the WordPress admin area
Status, priorities and categories
Public replies and internal notes
Activity history
Frontend support form via [dpsupport_form]
Support requests from guests or logged-in users
Secure personal guest ticket links
Protected guest attachment downloads
Optional JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF attachment; the maximum size follows the site’s normal WordPress/PHP upload limit
WordPress wp_mail() notifications for staff and customers
Ticket statistics
Optional WooCommerce My Account support endpoint for logged-in customers
HPOS-compatible WooCommerce integration

The plugin does not require an external account or license key. It does not send telemetry, contact a license server or install updates from third-party servers.

Frontend support form

Create or edit a WordPress page and add:

[dpsupport_form]

You can also create a support page automatically under Support > Settings.

WooCommerce

If WooCommerce is active, logged-in customers receive a Support entry in My Account. Customers can browse all of their support tickets with pagination and can create, read and reply to tickets.

Privacy

Support tickets may contain personal data such as names, email addresses, messages and uploaded files. This data is stored locally in your WordPress database and Media Library. Guest-form rate limiting uses local WordPress transients. The plugin does not send telemetry to 24laser or another license/tracking service.
