TradingView Embeds (TradingView Inc.)
- Service URL: https://s3.tradingview.com/
- Purpose: Powers real-time interactive stock, cryptocurrency, and forex charts, mini sparklines, and scrolling ticker tapes embedded on your WordPress website.
- What data is sent and when: When a visitor loads a page containing an embedded widget, their browser sends a standard HTTP GET request directly to TradingView’s Amazon S3 CDN to fetch the widget embed scripts. Standard web request metadata (visitor IP address, browser User-Agent header, and the referring page URL) is transmitted to TradingView as part of the connection. No user credentials, database records, or personal WordPress site data are transmitted.
