Plugin Description
Tocer is a powerful table of contents’ maker. It automatically scans headings within post-content and creates a
fixed table of contents on the page. This allows users to quickly locate the information they seek. Works on
Gutenberg and None-Gutenberg.

Switch Fixing
Toggle between static and fixed positioning for the table of contents.
