Plugin Description
The Lattice for WooCommerce plugin securely connects a WooCommerce store to the Lattice reusable packaging platform.
Once connected, the plugin:
- Creates a dedicated WooCommerce REST API key for the Lattice integration.
- Registers WooCommerce webhooks for orders and products so Lattice stays in sync.
- Redirects the store owner back to the Lattice dashboard when setup is complete.
No manual API key creation or webhook configuration is required.
External services
This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to the Lattice by To Go Green service, a reusable packaging tracking platform operated by To Go Green, LLC. The connection is required for the plugin to work.
When you approve the connection, the plugin sends the following data to the Lattice API at https://bros.togogreen.eco:
- Your WooCommerce REST API consumer key and consumer secret.
- Your store URL.
- A webhook token and webhook signing secret.
- An install token used to identify and authorize the connection request.
After the connection is active, WooCommerce sends webhook payloads to https://bros.togogreen.eco/webhooks/lattice/woocommerce/{token} for the following events: order.created, order.updated, order.deleted, product.created, product.updated, product.deleted, and product.restored. These payloads include order and product information needed to track reusable packaging.
The API base URL can be overridden with the lattice_wc_api_base WordPress option for staging or custom environments.
