- Data Transmitted: Customer mobile phone number, customer first/full name, order ID, order status, order total amount, currency code, order items summary, recovery checkout link, and message delivery status.
- When Transmissions Occur: Outbound API requests occur only when a configured store event triggers a message (such as an abandoned cart reminder, order status change, failed payment follow-up, or COD verification) AND only if the customer has explicitly opted in. Administrative requests occur only when a store manager tests API credentials or synchronizes approved message templates from the admin dashboard.
