Tappy main features include the following items and actions:
- Automatic Search Content Recommendation – Tappy recommendations are displayed below a selected text. Tappy’s code (powered by errnio) semantically analyzes your article, indexing your site content along the way, to better recommend follow-on search and content to your site users, using Tappy. This information will be display in a small overlay under any selected word.
- Word or Phrase Definition – Tappy definitions are displayed above the selected text. Upon selection of the text, tappy offers a relevant definition of the item from a variety of open sources throughout the internet.
- Share & Search Buttons – Next to the selected text, we also offer share and search buttons for quick and easy actions.
- Content Monetization – Tappy recommended information layers above can also include recommendations from around the web. To be eligible for this revenue program please register with us.
We also feature monetization options for selected publisher sites, with the following features:
- Web Search – a web search box is added to the top of the screen. An additional layer of content and recommended actions is added, labeled “top hits”. This serves users with promoted actions and content helping you as a site owner looking to make profit from advertising, to earn revenue off exiting traffic in a seamless and unobtrusive way with no banners or ads.
