Plugin Description
The WordPress Login and Register using JWT plugin allow you to login into the WordPress application using the JWT token(JSON Web token) from any other WordPress site or other applications/platforms.
This plugin also provides a REST API endpoint(/wp-json/api/v1/mo-jwt) by which requesting with the valid username and password in the body returns the JWT token and that token can be used to autologin into the WordPress site.
The plugin also can be extended to register users into WordPress using the JWT token.
USE CASES
- Login to WordPress from a mobile or any other platform using user-based JWT token(JSON Web Token).
- Register into WordPress using JWT(JSON web token) from any external source.
Features
- Allows autologin feature into WordPress using JWT token from any other application by just appending the JWT token in parameter(mo_jwt_token) in any WordPress site page/URL.
- No redirection to redirection to the homepage after autologin.
- Restrict auto-login based on email or username.
- Provides REST API Endpoint with POST HTTP method to create a user based JWT token.
Privacy
This plugin does not store any user data. This plugin uses login.xecurify.com for registration as miniOrange uses login.xecurify.com if the user chooses to register and upgrade to premium.
